BevMo! by Gopuff is seeking a Key Holder to join our Retail Operations team in Torrance, CA. This role opens and closes the store, supports new employees, and maintains excellent customer service to drive sales.

Key responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting during peak times, inventory checks, accurate cash handling, price verification, and loss prevention. The ideal candidate has leadership experience and flexibility for varied hours; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, restaurant, or equivalent.
• Able to work fluid schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in cash handling.
• Team-oriented mentality and reliable work ethic.
• Able to lift up to 49 pounds as part of daily tasks.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and informing them of products and services.
• Arrive early to open the store and stay late to close the store.
• Assist the store during high volume periods and support new employees.
• Know in-house products to make customer recommendations.
• Assist with inventory management, restocking, counts, and discrepancy identification.
• Process cash transactions, open/close tills, count cash, and prepare deposits.
• Operate scanners, cash registers, and other electronics.
• Follow proper age verification policies.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and provide receipts to customers.
• Process refunds and exchanges.
• Monitor the sales floor to prevent theft and minimize loss, including bag checks.
• Maintain cleanliness and uphold standards in sales floor, stock room, lockers, and bathrooms.
• Train new employees on store procedures, product knowledge, and customer service standards.
