Job summary

Royal Farms is seeking a part-time Shift Leader in Norristown to manage store operations during assigned shifts as the on-duty leader. You will supervise team members, ensure excellent customer service, maintain product availability, and support food service execution while protecting assets and ensuring safety.

Responsibilities include coordinating shift activities, overseeing POS transactions, and ensuring compliance with safety and cash controls.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
