Responsibilities

• Acts as Manager on Duty (MOD) and makes key store decisions.
• Executes merchandising plans and maintains in-stock conditions.
• Drives engagement by communicating with customers and resolving issues.
• Oversees work assignments and ensures labor law compliance.
• Oversees receiving, pricing, freshness, and log compliance.
• Ensures safety and OSHA compliance, and weight/measure accuracy.
• Performs daily store walks and provides direction and feedback.
• Supports company programs and communicates policies to associates.
