• Direct Store Manager and make key resource decisions.
• Execute merchandising plans and maintain in-stock conditions.
• Engage with customers and provide feedback to associates.
• Resolve customer issues promptly.
• Oversee assignments to maximize profits.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and scheduling restrictions.
• Oversee receiving, pricing, freshness, and rotation of merchandise.
• Maintain logs according to company policy.
• Ensure safety compliance and weights/measures laws.
• Perform daily store walks and provide direction to staff and customers.
• Support company programs to achieve business results.
• Ensure policies are communicated and followed.
