Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering exceptional customer service and store execution. You will lead staff when managers aren’t onsite, ensure opening and closing procedures are completed, and help maintain smooth daily operations.

This role emphasizes strong communication, supervision, and a commitment to a positive shopping experience, with an anticipated 28 hours per week and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise store staff when no manager is on site.
• Communicate information effectively between management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints to promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer/patient information.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves; manage weekly, promotional and seasonal displays.
• Reset departments following planograms and ensure displays are maintained.
