Walgreens is seeking an Associate to open/close the store in management's absence, manage cash, and ensure the floor and stock room are ready. You will handle returns, refunds, cash drops, and assist customers with products and services.

You will greet customers, resolve issues, and model Walgreens service traits to deliver a distinctive experience. Requires leadership experience and fluent English, with potential advancement toward pharmacy-related duties where allowed.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willing to obtain or maintain PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsabilités

• Opens and closes the store when management is absent, handling start-ups and cash responsibilities.
• Completes returns, refunds, and cash drops, and provides change to registers.
• Delivers a distinctive customer experience by greeting customers and assisting with products and services.
