Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management and handles required systems start‑ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, and cash drops to the safe; provides change as requested.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Registers all sales with accuracy and records scanning errors, price verifications, and voids.
