Walgreens in DeSoto, TX is seeking a store associate to open and close the store in the absence of management, perform required system start-ups, cashier duties, and ensure floors and stockrooms are ready for the business day.

You will engage customers, help with products and services, resolve issues, maintain inventory accuracy, price changes, displays, and general store operations to deliver a distinctive and delightful shopping experience.

Formación

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English.
• Knowledge of store inventory control preferred.
• PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Open and close the store in the absence of management and handle cash in tills.
• Complete returns, voids, refunds, and cash drops; provide change at registers.
• Engage customers with service, answer questions, and deliver a positive experience.
• Support inventory, pricing changes, displays, and stockroom organization.
