Murphy Oil USA, Inc is hiring for part-time Shift Leads at our Round Rock area locations. Join a leading gas station retailer and help deliver fast, friendly service and reliable fuel transactions.

As a Shift Lead, you’ll support the Store Manager, lead a small team, and ensure the store meets performance goals while maintaining safety and cleanliness. Training and growth opportunities are available in a diverse, employee-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months of cashier experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be 18+ years of age (21+ in some states).

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous customer experience.
• Respond to and resolve customer requests and concerns.
• Assist customers with purchases and fuel transactions.
• Operate the cash register.
• Ensure fuel and merchandise are available for customers.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment.
• Support the Store Manager in store operations.
• Help lead the team to meet performance goals and objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
