Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old in Alabama.
• High school diploma / GED, or at least 6 months related job experience.
• Requires minimum 3 months of cashier experience.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to bend, stand, and reach repeatedly; lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous customer experience.
• Respond to and resolve customer requests and concerns.
• Assist customers with purchases and fuel transactions.
• Operate the cash register and ensure fuel/merchandise is available.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment.
• Support the Store Manager in all store operations.
• Help lead the team to exceed store performance goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including back-up tasks when management is absent.
