Job summary

Murphy Oil USA, Inc is hiring part-time Shift Leads at our Texas locations. You will provide a friendly, efficient customer experience, assist with purchases and fuel transactions, operate the register, and help ensure product availability. You will support the Store Manager and lead a team to achieve performance goals.

Required are at least 6 months of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license. Daily pay and benefits are among the many opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Cashier experience required.
• Must be 18+ and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous customer experience.
• Resolve customer requests and concerns.
• Assist customers with purchases and fuel transactions.
• Operate cash register and ensure products are available.
• Maintain clean and safe store environment.
• Support Store Manager in daily operations.
• Lead team to meet store goals and drive performance.
• Back-up duties when management is absent, including paperwork and inventory.
