Job summary

Murphy Oil USA, Inc is hiring part-time Shift Leads in Austin, TX. The role focuses on delivering a fast, friendly customer experience while handling cash, assisting with purchases, and keeping the store clean and organized.

You will support the Store Manager and motivate the team to achieve performance goals. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (or 6 months related experience), at least 3 months cashier experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or at least 6 months of related job experience.
• Minimum 3 months of cashier experience required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient and courteous customer experience.
• Respond to and resolve customer requests and concerns.
• Assist customers with purchases and fuel transactions.
• Operate the cash register and ensure items are stocked.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and support store operations.
• Back up management duties and help lead the team to meet goals.
