Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support store management and drive store execution. You will lead staff in the absence of a manager, ensure opening/closing procedures, and uphold CVS customer service standards to build loyalty.

The role emphasizes supervising daily operations, maintaining product merchandising, and resolving customer issues while ensuring confidentiality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Support CVS Store Management in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead store staff when manager/operations supervisor is unavailable.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise through directing and following up of activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and handle customer issues per policy.
• Merchandise, price, stock shelves and manage displays.
