Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in delivering store execution and superior customer service. You will lead staff when managers are not onsite, ensure smooth operations, and oversee opening and closing procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager or Operations Supervisor is onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise the store crew by directing and following up on all activities.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and reset departments following POGs to maintain presentation.
