Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management, drive store execution, and nurture customer loyalty through excellent service. This role leads staff when managers are unavailable and ensures opening and closing procedures run smoothly.

You will supervise crew, assist customers, maintain presentation and help uphold safety and quality standards in a fast-paced retail environment across evenings, weekends, and early shifts.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical skills are required.
• Strong communication and supervision abilities are essential.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including early mornings, overnights, and weekends.
