Murphy USA Inc. is hiring immediately for part-time Shift Leads at our Crowley, TX store. Join a national gasoline and convenience retailer with 1,700+ stores and a focus on customer experience and team leadership.

As a Shift Lead you will provide prompt, courteous service, assist customers, operate the register, support the Store Manager, and help the team meet performance goals. We offer daily pay, healthcare, a 401(k) plan, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old (21+ in some states) per location.
• Minimum 3 months of Cashier experience.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Providing prompt, efficient, and courteous customer experience.
• Responding to and resolving customers' requests and concerns.
• Assisting customers with purchases and fuel transactions.
• Operating cash register.
• Ensure fuel and merchandise is available for customers.
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Supporting the Store Manager in all store operations.
• Helping lead the team to exceed the store's performance goals and objectives.
• Performing job related duties as assigned.
• In the absence of management provide backup duties including completing daily/monthly paperwork, reviewing daily video, and inventory related tasks.
