Murphy USA Inc. in Houston, TX is seeking part-time Shift Leads to deliver prompt, courteous customer service, assist with purchases and fuel transactions, operate the cash register, and ensure shelves and fuel are well stocked.

You will support the Store Manager, lead the team to meet performance goals, and help with daily operations while maintaining a safe, clean store environment. Growth from Shift Lead to Assistant Manager can occur within months.

Formación

• Must be 18+ years of age, 19 in Indiana, 20 in Kentucky and 21 in Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Illinois, Kansas, Mississippi, New Mexico, Tennessee, and Utah.
• High school diploma / GED, or at least 6 months of related job experience.
• Requires minimum 3 months of Cashier experience.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

• Operating cash register.
• Ensure fuel and merchandise is available for customers.
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Supporting the Store Manager in all store operations.
• Helping lead the team to exceed the store's performance goals and objectives.
• Performing job related duties as assigned.
• In the absence of management provide backup duties including daily/monthly paperwork, problem solving, inventory ordering, and training new employees.
