Job summary

Murphy USA Inc. is hiring for a part-time Shift Lead in Corpus Christi, TX. The role involves providing fast, friendly customer service, handling purchases, fueling transactions, and assisting with store operations.

You’ll support the Store Manager, help the team meet performance goals, and ensure a safe, clean store environment. Minimum 3 months cashier experience and a valid drivers license are required; 18+ years old.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ (21+ in some states) and able to meet state age requirements.
• Requires minimum 3 months of cashier experience.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Providing prompt, efficient, and courteous customer experience
• Resolving customer requests and concerns
• Assisting customers with purchases and fuel transactions
• Operating cash register
• Ensuring fuel and merchandise are available for customers
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment
• Supporting the Store Manager in all store operations
• Helping lead the team to exceed store performance goals
• Performing job duties as assigned
• Backup duties when management is absent including paperwork, inventory, and training new employees
