Job summary

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Distributes and processes returns, voids, refunds, cash drops, and provides change to registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients, greets and assists with product/services and resolves issues.
• Reports disciplinary issues and customer complaints to management.
• Maintains accurate inventory and ensures proper signage and pricing.
