Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Alabama to support store management, drive store execution, and deliver excellent customer service. You will lead the team in the manager’s absence and ensure smooth opening/closing procedures.

The role requires strong deductive reasoning, analytical and communication skills, plus supervision capabilities. Availability for early mornings, overnights and weekends is expected. Competitive pay and benefits are provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in absence of manager and ensure opening/closing procedures.
• Coordinate with management and crews; assign and follow up on tasks.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and promote CVS customer service.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage displays.
• Reset departments according to planograms (POGs).
