Job summary

CVS Health in Gardendale, AL is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support store management, drive store execution, and foster CVS/pharmacy customer loyalty through outstanding service. In the absence of a manager on site, you lead the team and ensure opening and closing procedures are done correctly.

You will supervise staff, assist customers, maintain product displays, stock shelves and respond to urgent issues.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
• Experience as a retail supervisor (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Supervise the store crew and coordinate daily tasks.
• Assist customers and uphold CVS customer service standards.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays per weekly promos.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.
