Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in Pelham, AL, is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management, drive store execution and build customer loyalty through exceptional service. In this role you will lead staff when no manager is onsite, guide opening and closing procedures, supervise daily tasks, and ensure accuracy in merchandising and customer interactions.

The position offers pay in the $16.00–$23.00 per hour range and a benefits package for eligible hours, with overtime opportunities

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning, analytical skills and computer skills are required.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills are required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support store management and drive store execution.
• Supervise the store staff and direct activities when manager is unavailable.
• Assist customers and resolve issues following company policy.
• Maintain merchandising, pricing and stock; ensure displays are current and accurate.
• Protect customer/patient confidentiality and maintain a positive shopping experience.
