Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management and handles required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, refunds, and cash handling with daily reporting to the store ledger.
• Grooms customer experience by greeting customers and assisting with products and services to ensure satisfaction.
• Models and shares customer service best practices with team members, including proactive help and greeting customers.
• Manages store keys to open/close and coaches team members in vendor ordering and backdoor deliveries.
• Registers sales, reviews pricing, and handles exceptions and voids with accuracy.
• Maintains inventory accuracy across stockroom and floor and assists with displays and pricing changes.
• Ensures compliance with local laws regarding regulated products and completes daily housekeeping and maintenance tasks.
