Job summary

Qualifications

• Obtains and maintains valid certification or license as required by state (e.g., PTCB).

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management with cash handling.
• Handles returns, refunds, and cash drops to the safe.
• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience across duties.
• Assist with inventory counts, pricing changes, and display revisions.
• Provide training/coaching to team members and communicate tasks when management is away.
• Support store operations, including vendor deliveries and order processing.
