Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store, handles cash, and prepares the floor and stock room for the business day.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change as requested to cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients, resolves questions, and shares service best practices with team members.
• Maintains inventory counts and pricing, assists with displays, and supports backroom operations.
• Assists with vendor deliveries, order processing, and basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.
