Walgreens Co. in Illinois seeks a Store Key Holder to open and close the store in the absence of management, manage cash handling, and ensure floors and stockrooms are ready for business. You will also assist with vendor deliveries and basic bookkeeping tasks.

You will engage customers, resolve issues, and uphold Walgreens service standards while coaching teammates in pricing, displays, and inventory control. Prior supervisory or lead experience is preferred, with strong communication in English.

Formación

• One year of prior leadership or supervisory or retail key holder work experience.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English.

Responsabilidades

• Open and close the store in the absence of management and handle required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Complete product returns, refunds, cash drops, and provide change to registers.
• Engage customers to deliver a distinctive Walgreens experience and coach team members on service standards.
• Assist with vendor deliveries, pricing, displays, and basic inventory and backroom tasks.
• Ensure compliance with store policies, local laws, and proper signage.
