Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management, including required cash handling and ensuring readiness for the business day.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change to registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers by greeting and assisting with products and services; resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains store systems, stockroom, inventory accuracy and price signage; assists with vendor deliveries and back‑door access.
• Registers sales accurately, reviews price verifications and voids, and supports basic bookkeeping tasks.
