Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a Full Time Service Sales Manager in Clarksburg, WV. You will lead a high-performing selling culture across the store, oversee front-end and service operations, and ensure brand standards and operational expectations are met.

Focus will be on driving sales KPIs through coaching, customer-centric leadership, and efficient daily execution. Responsibilities include MOD coverage, POS accuracy, loyalty enrollment, and managing in-store programs like Balloons and Knit

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance.
• Experience coaching for customer experience and selling behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOP adherence and policy execution.
• Model and coach customer experience and selling behaviors.
• Provide MOD coverage and ensure service standards.
• Oversee BALLOONS business, loyalty program enrollment, and in-store events.
• Drive omni-channel service with BOPIS and Same Day Delivery where applicable.
• Train and develop team members across departments.
