Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously and adhere to Best In Class standards.
• Observe shift hours and help fill shifts as needed.
• Work the store manager's days off and cover peak hours.
• Communicate effectively with staff and management.
• Follow all laws and maintain proper uniform and customer service.
• Complete shift change reports and record hours and sales accurately.
• Monitor deposits and handle daily paperwork.
• Treat associates with dignity and manage personnel situations.
• Maintain safe and secure store procedures and environment.
• Keep displays fully stocked and price merchandise as per policy.
• Ensure store appearance meets company standards and maintenance tasks are performed.
• Promote Huck’s Bucks Loyalty app and assist customers with sign-up and use.
