Huck’s Market in Illinois is seeking a Senior Associate to oversee shift operations, ensure prompt customer service, and support the Store Manager in all aspects of store performance.The role offers growth toward store management as training progresses and openings arise.

The Senior Associate will handle front-line duties, maintain proper merchandising, security and safety standards, and actively promote Huck’s Bucks loyalty program to customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously and follow Best In Class standards.
• Observe shift hours and help fill shifts as assigned by the Store Manager.
• Work the manager's days off and cover evening shifts during peak hours.
• Follow company policy and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
• Maintain compliance with laws and act as a role model for associates.
• Record hours worked and manage cash handling and deposits per policy.
• Treat associates with dignity and address personnel issues with the Store Manager.
• Ensure store security procedures and a safe shopping/work environment.
• Keep coolers, shelves and displays stocked and properly priced.
• Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and upkeep of equipment and facilities.
• Promote Huck’s Bucks Loyalty app to customers and educate on rewards.
