Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously during shift, following Best In Class standards.
• Observe shift hours and assist with schedule coverage as needed.
• Work the store manager's days off and cover peak hours when required.
• Communicate effectively with associates and management to ensure smooth operation.
• Ensure compliance with all laws and company policies across the store.
• Maintain customer service and uniform standards, acting as a role model.
• Document sales discrepancies and manage cash handling per policy.
• Support merchandising, maintenance, and cleanliness to uphold store image.
• Promote Huck’s Bucks Loyalty app and assist customers with sign-up and usage.
