You will serve as the Store Team Leader’s go-to, developing business strategy and overseeing daily operations while coaching a team to deliver an unforgettable guest experience. You will drive sales, maintain merchandising standards, and uphold operational excellence, representing AE’s values and bringing your REAL self to work each day.

Qualifications

• Must be able to train and coach the team to high-performing selling standards.
• Lead and model AE/Aerie customer service standards.
• Strong merchandising and operational execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty by maximizing store productivity and guest loyalty.
• Lead, motivate and develop team to meet sales goals and brand standards.
• Recruit, hire and train talent to ensure adequate staffing for business needs.
• Provide ongoing feedback through coaching, development plans and performance reviews.
• Ensure daily operations align with brand standards and store safety policies.
