Job summary

Target is seeking a Security Specialist in Oregon to join the Assets Protection team. You will help protect guests, team members and store assets while delivering a safe shopping environment.

Responsibilities include incident documentation, security incident response, and supporting the store's shortage action plans. A high school diploma and 18+ years of age are required; weekend and night shifts are common.

Responsibilities

• Support sales by greeting guests and helping them find products
• Maintain safe and secure store environment and protect assets
• Respond to security incidents and document them accurately
• Use surveillance and escalation tools to address guest issues
• Perform merchandise protection and loss-prevention duties as needed
• Conduct safe handling of merchandise and adhere to AP policies
• Provide excellent service while enforcing store policies
