Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent required, AA degree preferred.
• Highly driven and capable of achieving results with limited oversight.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with the Store team.
• Excellent Customer service skills.
• Proven ability to effectively resolve conflict.
• Background screening, physical exam, fingerprinting and/or drug and alcohol testing may be required.
• One year retail supervisor experience or similar training preferred.
• One year loss prevention/security training preferred.
• Active Security Guard License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a Safe & Secure Environment for Associates and Customers.
• Provides visible "Command" presence at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor.
• Removes clutter and ensures safe, clear egress to emergency exits.
• Delivers great customer service with friendly interactions and assistance to customers.
• Shows courtesy, professionalism and respects all customers and associates.
• Coordinates with internal and external partners; may include district meetings and trainings.
• Represents and supports the Company brand with a professional appearance.
