Qualifications

• One year retail supervisor experience preferred.
• Active Security Guard License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for Associates and Customers.
• Provide visible command presence at store entrances/exits.
• Monitor for potential safety issues and alert leadership.
• Assist with loss prevention initiatives and compliance.
• Train and educate Associates on shortage reduction initiatives.
• Ensure proper checkout procedures.
