Qualifications

• One year retail supervisor experience or similar training preferred.
• One year loss prevention/security training preferred.

• Excellent Customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for Associates and Customers, including store entrances/exits and sales floor.
• Provide visible command presence and greet customers to deter theft.
• Collaborate with Store Leadership to ensure compliance with Loss Prevention directives.
• Minimize operational shortage by promoting proper checkout procedures and process discipline.
• Develop and recognize strong teamwork through training and partnerships with store staff.
