Responsibilities

• Support sales by welcoming guests and assisting with in-store and online product finds.
• Lead a physical security culture and maintain safe standards store-wide.
• Respond to and document security incidents accurately.
• Use escalation tools to resolve guest issues and maintain safety.
• Conduct merchandise recoveries and provide apprehension support as needed.
• Prevent theft and shortage by performing receipt checks.
• Document all incidents in the AP system per policy.
• Operate the video surveillance system effectively.
• Train team members on merchandise protection and audits.
• Execute shortage action plans to minimize shortages in focus areas.
• Model safe work practices and maintain a clean store.
• Provide service and a shopping experience that meets guest needs.
• Demonstrate ethics, safety and compliance in all tasks.
• Identify hazards and adhere to safety policies.
