Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Branch Security Officer to support store security and day-to-day operations while delivering exceptional customer service. You will partner with store leadership to protect people and assets, support sales, and maintain the brand experience.

Responsibilities include deterring theft, conducting security inspections, performing equipment and alarm tests, handling opening/closing tasks, and assisting with back-of-house operations to ensure a safe, welcoming shopping

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Retail or security experience preferred, including one year in a security-related position.

Responsibilities

• Partner with security leadership and store management to deter theft, report missing assets, respond to emergencies, and follow incident management procedures.
• Complete security inspections, equipment and alarm tests, access controls, and required reports.
• Carry out opening and closing procedures, assist with facilities needs, and support back-of-house operations.
• Provide welcoming customer service and support store sales and client experience standards.
