Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Schematic Coordinator to maintain Non-Perishable schematic integrity in the assigned store. The role conducts weekly resets and speed-to-shelf activities, ensuring compliance with all schematic guidelines and supporting merchandising integrity.

The position requires strong analytical and organizational skills, the ability to read schematics, and excellent MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• 18+ with high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 months related experience.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills to manage reset programs and reports.
• Excellent mathematical skills and working knowledge of MS Office.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with ability to interact with customers, employees and vendors.
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
• Able to read schematics and price tags, hang signs and tags, and use a scanner.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate and execute store resets and projects for Non-Perishable Depts (Dairy, Frozen, Grocery, HBA, Vitamins).
• Ensure categories are set according to schematics to support selling culture and customer experience.
• Collaborate with Scan Coordinators, Dept Managers and Asst. Store Manager to maintain schematic compliance and item placement.
• Complete weekly Reset/STS activities as directed by Support Office.
• Ensure schematics comply with internal policies and procedures.
• Obtain sign-off from Store Manager/Asst. Store Manager/Dept Manager upon completion and accuracy.
• Provide timely feedback to Support Office Schematic Department for issues or discrepancies.
