GPM Investments, LLC, operating E-Z Mart, is seeking a Cashier/Sales Associate for the midday/2nd shift at 137 S. Curtis Ave, Pea Ridge, AR.

This part-time position supports store operations in the afternoons and evenings, greeting customers, handling the register, and ensuring a clean, safe shopping environment. You’ll handle lottery, tobacco, and alcohol sales with proper age verification, assist with stocking, cleaning, and upselling.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Second shift hours typically 2 PM–Midnight.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Legal age requirements vary by state (18+ or 21+).
• Basic math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and operate the register with accuracy and speed.
• Become proficient in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales with age verification.
• Upsell and encourage additional purchases when appropriate.
• Keep store clean and safe, including restrooms and exterior areas.
• Stock shelves and maintain displays; assist with aisle/area maintenance.
• Cross-train in other departments as needed and follow safety procedures.
