Target is seeking a Store Leader to manage Service & Engagement teams, drive guest satisfaction, and oversee store operations in Fort Smith, AR. You will recruit, coach, and schedule hourly team members while aligning to sales goals and promotions.

You will balance frontline guest service with daily coaching, training, and accountability to achieve a frictionless shopping experience for guests and robust store profitability.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build a team of Guest Advocates and Service & Engagement Leaders to exceed guest service expectations.
• Drive total store sales and contribute to profitability.
• Anticipate staffing needs and recruit for short and long term needs.
• Lead and coach leaders to ensure training completion and proficiency.
• Provide development conversations and recognize high performance.
• Ensure schedules support peak traffic and holidays.
• Promote digital and in-store offerings to guests.
