Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience as a specialty retail store manager in relevant traffic, volume, and unit intensity.

Responsibilities

• Lead store teams to drive sales and customer service excellence.
• Recruit, interview, hire and develop top talent for store and district roles.
• Manage scheduling to maximize staffing and store profitability.
• Coach and mentor staff to meet brand standards and financial goals.
• Ensure loss prevention and brand presentation standards are maintained.
