Job summary

The Children's Place in Orland Park, IL is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Store Leadership Team in achieving company goals, deliver outstanding customer service, and maintain product knowledge and effective selling techniques.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing transactions at the cashwrap, maintaining stock levels and signage, ensuring a clean, organized store, adhering to safety and loss-prevention standards, and helping customers find the right sizes and current

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge customers while providing the appropriate level of service.
• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service at the cashwrap while educating customers on the PLACE Card.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels and ensure that all sizes and styles are represented.
• Follow company standards of merchandise presentation, signage, and display.
• Support and maintain a neat, clean, and organized stockroom while adhering to safety requirements.
• Perform daily housekeeping duties to company standard.
• Contribute focused, well-managed efforts towards achievement of store goals.
• Exhibit flexibility by processing stock when necessary.
