The Children’s Place is seeking a Store Sales Manager in Chandler, AZ. You will lead store teams to drive sales, brand loyalty, and exceptional customer service while recruiting and developing top retail talent.

You’ll own the store’s financial results and build a high-performing team aligned with brand strategies. Responsibilities include recruiting, developing leaders, coaching, scheduling, and ensuring SOP compliance to maximize profitability and customer experience.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience as a specialty retail store manager in relevant traffic, volume, and unit intensity.

• Drive results by recruiting and developing high performing teams and recruiting for key positions.
• Develop future leaders and network externally for talent succession.
• Create and maintain a diverse, high-performing team through selection and motivation.
• Communicate goals and monitor progress against key business metrics.
• Coach and oversee accountability to meet store and company goals.
• Provide feedback within the performance management cycle to ensure consistency.
• Model exceptional customer service on the sales floor.
• Motivate associates to build brand loyalty and positive store environment.
• Represent the company professionally and manage scheduling to maximize staffing and profitability.
• Train associates and ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Direct floor set planning and execution following Brand guidelines.
• Drive store sales by influencing behavior through Leader on Duty program.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and loss prevention standards.
