Job summary

The Hillman Group in the United States is seeking a hands-on Field Merchandiser to travel between store locations in your territory, execute plan-o-grams, and keep displays fresh and fully stocked. You’ll build relationships with store staff, complete service reports, and manage inventory with a proactive, independent work style.

A valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required. Hillman offers full benefits, a flexible schedule, and a company car with a gas card to support

Qualifications

• Retail, merchandising, or field service experience (preferred).
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working independently and managing your schedule.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to read and execute plan-o-grams.
• Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and Windows.
• Willingness to travel between stores (occasional overnight stays possible).
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
