The Hillman Group in Menifee, CA is seeking a Store Sales Representative who will own their territory, keep displays sharp, and drive strong customer relationships in partner stores.

This hands-on role involves traveling to multiple locations, executing plan-o-grams, stocking products, and solving in-store issues. The position offers a competitive hourly wage, a company car, benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Formación

• Retail, merchandising, or field service experience (preferred).
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working independently and managing your schedule.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to read and execute plan-o-grams.
• Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and Windows.
• Willingness to travel between stores (occasional overnight stays possible).
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Travel between multiple store locations in your territory.
• Execute plan-o-grams and maintain store displays.
• Stock, order, and organize product to ensure optimal inventory levels.
• Perform display resets, including assembling/disassembling fixtures.
• Identify and resolve in-store issues quickly.
• Build strong relationships with store associates and managers.
• Complete service reports, surveys, and photo documentation.

What You’ll Do

As a Store Sales Representative, you’ll own your territory and be the face of Hillman in your stores. You’ll keep displays sharp, inventory flowing, and customer relationships strong.

• Travel between multiple store locations in your territory
• Execute plan-o-grams and maintain store displays
• Stock, order, and organize product to ensure optimal inventory levels
• Perform display resets, including assembling/disassembling fixtures

This is a hands-on role where you’ll stay active, solve problems, and see the results of your work every day.
