Job summary

The Hillman Group seeks a hands-on Merchandiser to travel across assigned store locations in your territory. You will execute plan-o-grams, stock and organize products, and ensure optimal displays and inventory levels.

This role rewards proactive problem solving, independence, and building strong relationships with store staff. You will also complete service reports and documentation while enjoying a flexible schedule and company-provided benefits.

Qualifications

• Retail, merchandising, or field service experience (preferred).
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working independently and managing your schedule.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to read and execute plan-o-grams.
• Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and Windows.
• Willingness to travel between stores (occasional overnight stays possible).
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
