Job summary

The Hillman Group is hiring a Territory Retail Specialist to travel between store locations, set up displays, and manage inventory. You will visually execute plan‑o‑grams, stock products, and ensure shelves stay organized.

This hands‑on role rewards initiative and problem solving as you build relationships with store staff. Your schedule is flexible and rooted in field work, with opportunities to contribute to reports and documentation of store visits.

Qualifications

• Retail, merchandising, or field service experience preferred.
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working independently and managing your schedule.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Read and execute plan-o-grams; adapt displays as needed.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

What Makes You a Great Fit
