Job summary

The Hillman Group in Owatonna, MN is seeking a Store Sales Representative to own the territory, keep displays sharp, manage inventory, and build strong relationships with store teams.

You will travel between locations, execute plan-o-grams, stock products, perform resets, and document outcomes. The role offers a hands-on, active workday with competitive hourly pay and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Retail, merchandising, or field service experience preferred.
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to read and execute plan-o-grams.
• Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and Windows.
• Willingness to travel between stores (occasional overnight stays possible).
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel between multiple store locations in your territory.

• Perform display resets, including assembling/disassembling fixtures.
• Identify and resolve in-store issues quickly.

What You’ll Do
As a Store Sales Representative, you’ll own your territory and be the face of Hillman in your stores. You’ll keep displays sharp, inventory flowing, and customer relationships strong.

• Travel between multiple store locations in your territory
• Execute plan-o-grams and maintain store displays
• Stock, order, and organize product to ensure optimal inventory levels
