Job summary

Hillman Group in Chino, CA is seeking a Store Sales Representative to own your territory and be the face of Hillman in your stores. You will keep displays sharp, manage inventory, and build strong customer relationships. Travel between stores, execute plan-o-grams, stock and organize products, and perform display resets.

You will also document service reports and surveys. This hands-on role pays $20 per hour, offers paid time off, holidays, and a retirement plan with an employee stock purchase

Qualifications

• Retail, merchandising, or field service experience preferred.
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working independently and managing your schedule.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to read and execute plan-o-grams.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel between multiple store locations in your territory and own the face of Hillman in stores.

What You’ll Do

As a Store Sales Representative, you’ll own your territory and be the face of Hillman in your stores. You’ll keep displays sharp, inventory flowing, and customer relationships strong.

• Travel between multiple store locations in your territory
• Execute plan-o-grams and maintain store displays
• Stock, order, and organize product to ensure optimal inventory levels
• Perform display resets, including assembling/disassembling fixtures

• Build strong relationships with store associates and managers

This is a hands-on role where you’ll stay active, solve problems, and see the results of your work every day.
